De TU/e is op zoek naar een Change manager HR operations.
As Interim Change Manager HR Operations, you lead team Operations with 5 team leads.
Operations consists of 5 teams (varying in size), each team headed by a team lead, who in addition to being
responsible for the relevant services is staff and financially responsible for the respective team.
•
HR Services (23 employees) is responsible for all employee administration, from new hires to
those ending their employment. The colleagues of HR Services inform employees and managers
as it relates to all employment aspects connected to regulations, both internal and legal.
•
Payroll Administration (5 employees) is responsible for conducting a timely, correct, and
complete payroll administration for TU/e and internal advice on payroll matters.
•
Staff Immigration (5 employees) takes care of the immigration procedures when international
employees and guests who are hired, along with internal advice on staff immigration matters.
•
Occupational Health, Safety, Environment & Radiation Protection (20 employees) provides
advice and support in the field of occupational health and safety, the environment and
(biological) safety. It ensures and supervises the responsible application of sources of ionizing
radiation in scientific research and education at TU/e and at all third parties working at the TU/e
complex.
•
Compliance, Compensation & Benefits team (5 employees) is an expertise team that focuses on
TU/e employment conditions, social security, legal matters, and cross-border working and the
coordination of the consultations with unions and in the university sector.
Assignment:
•
As Interim Change Manager HR Operations you will play an essential role in leading and
implementing the change program, with focus on HR operations across our HR organization as a
result of our change program (SQUAD). With the business, standard HR services and processes
must be designed and implemented that optimally support research and education and within
which we collaborate integrally at responsible costs and acceptable risks. We work together
towards a standard design of HR processes, which promotes efficiency.

You will work closely with our current SQUAD Implementation Manager, Manager Business and
Manager Development;
•
You will focus on the change within HR Operations. Your responsibility is to enable successful and
sustainable change by minimizing disruption and maximizing the benefits of the changes for all
stakeholders involved;
•
Together with the team leads within your domain, you will lead and direct the (change) activities
of HR Operations, both operational and strategic;
•
In your domain, you are constantly looking to connect and collaborate with other departments
within or outside of HRM;
•
You report to the HRM Director and you will be a member of the management team of HRM,
contributing to HRM strategy and policy.
